Public Fax Service

Lansing Public Library will only provide out-going fax service to our patrons for the purpose of reporting to the Illinois State Unemployment Office at 866-997-0238. These faxes will be sent at no charge to the patron.

All other faxes must be done by the patron using the Fax24 Public Fax Service kiosk. Fees and forms of payment are determined by Fax24 Public Fax Services and listed on the kiosk.

The library reserves the right to refuse service.

Lansing Public Library is not responsible for content, or failure of fax arrival. The library will not refund any money for faxes that are sent. Patrons are advised to check with the intended recipient to verify receipt of information. Any issues with the Fax 24 kiosk will be handled by that company.
